Mailman processes message content, recipient addresses, delivery logs, SMTP responses, bounce data, and engagement events only to deliver and operate transactional email requested by its customers.

Operational data

Queue and delivery metadata are retained for reliability, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention. Access is limited to operators who need it. Message bodies and captured inbound replies are encrypted at rest.

This public website uses no JavaScript, advertising, analytics, third-party fonts, or cookies. Standard edge access logs may be retained for security and reliability.
