Terms & acceptable use

Mailman is for lawful, expected transactional communication generated by an application or a direct user action.

Acceptable use

Customers must have a legitimate relationship with each recipient and must honor suppression, opt-out, and privacy requirements. Sender identity and message purpose must be accurate.

Prohibited use

Unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped lists, phishing, malware, impersonation, credential theft, and attempts to evade provider or Mailman reputation controls are prohibited.

Enforcement

Mailman may pause or reject traffic that threatens recipients, infrastructure, or delivery reputation. Report concerns to dan@attacksimulator.com.
